chickpeas for 20 minutes.Baking soda: Use baking soda when you cook them in the
morning, to get a silky smooth hummus.Store the water of soaked chickpeas: You
need to keep the water in which the chickpeas were soaked. Using the chickpea
solution rather than plain water will lend you a more concentrated flavor.Blend
them: Blend them when they are hot, but before you do that mix garlic, tahini,
olive oil and salt in a blender or wet grinder. You can also add powdered sesame
seeds to it or vice versa. First add powdered sesame seeds in a blender. Blend
it smoothly, but if blending becomes difficult then add some chick pea stock to
the blender. You can also add some extra olive oil if you like. Whilst the
hummus while blending and of course add some parsley to it.Serve it Hot: Serve
the hummus with pita bread or with steam of roasted veggies. Place two big
spoons of hummus on a beautiful serving bowl, then place coriander leaves or
